These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If you're an entity mentioned in paragraph 2, desiring to link to our 'Photo Retouching' PyFocus website, kindly notify us via email at ourdomain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all guarantees and conditions concerning our 'Photo Retouching' service PyFocus. Nothing in this exclusion is absolute.
Liabilities tied to PyFocus's photo retouching are restrained by (a) conditions described prior in this note and (b) rules across this provision. They combine all legal responsibilities arising from this clause, including contracted obligations, tort, and statutory duty violations.
As long as the photo retouching services provided by PyFocus are free, we won't be responsible for any loss or damage of any form.
